Chairman of the Board and Trustee, Peter Lacey
Peter Lacey served as a Director of the former River Valley Energy Services Ltd. from August 1995 until it became River Valley Income Fund on September 30, 2004. Peter has also been a trustee of the Fund since its inception on August 18, 2004. He has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Cervus Corporation, a public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, which primarily owns real estate consisting of John Deere dealerships, since November 24, 1998. Peter has also been the President and CEO of the general partner of Cervus LP, a public limited partnership listed on the TSX Venture Exchange involved in the acquisition and operation of authorized John Deere dealerships, since November 24, 1998.
Peter has been a Director of Collicutt Energy Services Ltd., a public company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange involved in the fabrication and service of natural gas compression packages and power generation units, since April 2004. He has been a member of the Red Deer College Board of Governors since October 1997 and Chairman from May 2000 until February 2004, at which time the Chairman's appointment term concluded. Peter currently sits as a trustee on the Alberta Ingenuity Fund's Board of Trustees.

Trustee, Bert Holtby
Bert Holtby is currently retired from active business. He was a Director of Eveready Industrial Group Ltd. from 2002 until Eveready became a publicly traded income fund on March 31, 2005. Bert served as a Director and General Manager of Eveready Industrial Services Corp. from 1999 to 2002. From 1982 to 1999, he was the owner and President of United Services, an industrial and oilfield services business.
Trustee, Brian Tod
Brian Tod is a lawyer and senior partner with the national law firm of Miller Thomson LLP and has been with that firm, and its predecessor in Edmonton, Alberta, since 1971. Brian's practice has focused primarily on corporate, commercial and real estate matters.
Trustee, Bruce Picton
Bruce Picton has been a Chartered Accountant with Veres Picton & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants of Edmonton, Alberta since 1996 and has been the managing partner of that firm since 2004. Before that, Bruce was a Chartered Accountant with Veres Jackson & Co. Chartered Accountants of Edmonton, Alberta from 1994 to 1996.
Bruce graduated from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta in 1988 with a Bachelor of Commerce and obtained the professional designation of Chartered Accountant from the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1993.
Trustee, Don Wilson
Don Wilson is the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Stantec Inc. (“Stantec”), an Edmonton based public company traded on the TSX (symbol “STN”) and the NYSE (symbol “SXC”). Stantec provides professional design and consulting services in planning, engineering, architecture, surveying, economics, and project management through approximately 9,000 employees operating out of more than 125 locations in North America.
Mr. Wilson joined Stantec in 1990 as the controller for Stanley Associates Engineering Ltd. He was appointed Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in 1994. Prior to joining Stantec, Don worked with Eaket Menssa Baert & Partners, Chartered Accountants from 1977 to 1990. He attained his chartered accountant designation in 1979 and became partner in the firm in 1982 and senior level partner in 1986. Don holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan. In 2007, Mr. Wilson completed the requirements of the Directors Education Program in 2007 and was awarded the ICD.D designation.
Trustee, Rod Marlin
Rod Marlin has been at the helm of the Eveready Income Fund as President and CEO since Eveready became a publicly traded income fund on March 31, 2005. Before that, he served as President and Chairman of Eveready Industrial Group Ltd. from 2002 until Eveready went public. From 1995 to 2001, he was Chairman and Director of Eveready Industrial Services Corp. Rod was the founder and President of Marlin Travel Group from 1967 until its sale in 1993.
